The transverse beams are arranged at the top end of the pool wall. The prefabricated pre-stress supporting beams are arranged between the transverse beams. Line passing pipes are pre-buried in the transverse beams. Line passing pipes are pre-buried in the prefabricated pre-stress supporting beams. After the transverse beams are connected with the prefabricated pre-stress supporting beams, steel strands penetrate through the line passing pipes in thetransverse beams and the prefabricated pre-stress supporting beams, and thus the transverse beams and the prefabricated pre-stress supporting beams are stretched and drawn to be pre-tightened to set stretch-draw force.
