Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for separating and extracting primary cancer cells of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. The obtained primary cancer cells of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma are highin success rate of separation and extraction, low in degree of culture pollution, large in number and high in quality. A large number of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma cells can be obtained by subculture. Under a microscope, the primary cells of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma show typical epithelioid cells and fibroblast-like cells.
