The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing sodium alginate and nano silicon dioxide; then, treating with a silane coupling agent KH-550 to obtain modified sodium alginate; then, mixing the oxidized starch and polyallyl amine hydrochloride, carrying out reactions, adding the modified sodium alginate, carrying out reactions under stirring to prepare an additive, mixing polylactic acid and epoxy soybean oil, adding a catalyst and the additive, mixing, and performing internal mixing and granulation to obtain the biomass-based composite material with high degradability for a non-woven fabric. The high-degradability biomass-based composite material for non-woven fabric has good heat resistance, extremely good flexibility and good degradability, and is suitable for manufacturinga non-woven fabric.
