Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a double-row conical bearing overturning type oil control device which comprises a base, a clamping mechanism and a rotating mechanism, wherein the rotating mechanism is arranged on the base; the clamping mechanism comprises an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate, an air cylinder fixing plate, a slide block I, a slide rail I, an upper air cylinder and a lower aircylinder; the rotating mechanism comprises a front bearing pedestal, a back bearing pedestal, a connecting bracket, a gear, a rack and a rack air cylinder, and the rotating mechanism and the clampingmechanism are connected integrally through a connecting bracket; the upper and lower clamping plates are slidably connected to the slide block connected to the upper and lower clamping plates and theslide rail I fixed to the air cylinder fixing plate; and the front and back bearing pedestals are arranged on the base and are in transitional fit connection to two ends of a rotating shaft.
