The woven bag grabbing clamp comprises a mounting frame, grabbing assemblies are oppositely mounted on the mounting frame, each grabbing assembly comprises a driving source and a rotating shaft, the driving sources are fixed to the mounting frame, the rotating shafts are rotationally mounted on the mounting frame, the output ends of the driving sources are rotationally connected with the rotating shafts, a plurality of external inserting needles are detachably arranged on the rotating shafts, and the inserting needles on the two opposite grabbing assemblies are arranged at intervals. The driving sources drive the rotating shafts to rotate and drive the inserting needles to rotate by a certain angle, so that the inserting needles are inserted into holes of a woven bag in the rotating process to be fixed to the woven bag, and grabbing action is achieved; and the driving sources control the rotating shafts to rotate reversely, the inserting needles are separate
