The device comprises a solder melting container, a pouring gate, a pouring handle and a feeding port cover plate, wherein the pouring gate and the pouring handle are connected with the side wall of the solder melting container; a feeding port is formed in the upper end of the solder melting container; the upper end of the solder melting container is connected with the feeding port cover plate; and a heat preservation layer is arranged on the outer side of the solder melting container.When the device is used, the feeding port cover plate is opened, and solder is fed into the solder melting container through the feeding port; before pouring, the solder in the solder melting container is melted, the molten solder is poured onto a to-be-fixed part forming die on the power transmission high-voltage cable through the pouring gate by operating the pouring handle, the forming die is disassembled after the sol
