The method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing an aqueous solution of an emulsifier with an acrylic monomer, an acrylate monomer, a vinyl siloxane monomer and low-molecular-weight hydroxyl polysiloxane, and carrying out stirring ultrasonic treatment for 5-40 min to obtain an emulsion; 2) heating the emulsion to 40-70 DEG C, adding an initiator, reacting for 4-6 hours under the protectionof N2, and regulating the pH value to 6-8 after the reaction is finished, thereby obtaining the silicon-based negative electrode binder of the lithium ion battery.
