According to the scheme, the method comprises: acquiring the analog quantity of the current voltage of a to-be-detected battery;determining the digital quantity of the current voltage of the to-be-detected battery based on the analog quantity of the current voltage of the to-be-detected battery; inputting the digital quantityof the current voltage of the to-be-detected battery into the programmable logic controller to obtain the instantaneous no-load voltage of the to-be-detected battery; in response to the fact that theinstantaneous no-load voltage of the to-be-detected battery conforms to preset no-load voltage threshold information, closing a relay between the to-be-detected battery and a load within preset time,and obtaining instantaneous load voltage of the to-be-detected battery; and determining whether the consistency of the to-be-detected battery is qualified based on the instantaneous load voltage of the to-be-detected battery.
