The camera detects a test block at the bottom end of the pressurizing cover plate in real time, a client analyzes and processes image color difference of the test block shot by the camera, wading states at different times are judged, and after a certain degree is reached, a test block pipeline with a water seepage area is closed through the electromagnetic valve. The instrument has the advantages of improving the automation and intelligence level, improving the efficiency, saving the cost and the like.
