The ultra-low frequency sonic soot blower comprises a horn-shaped pipe, an outer shell, a vibration mechanism, a rotation mechanism, a ventilation pipe, a dustproof mechanism and a sealing mechanism. The vibration mechanism is rotationally connected with the outer shell through therotation mechanism. By means of the vibration mechanism, a damaged membrane can be replaced rapidly, operation is easy, continuous production of a production line is facilitated, and continuous working of the production line can be kept easily. The dustproof mechanism is rotationally connected with the outer shell. The end, away from the outer shell, of the dustproof mechanism pushes against the vibration mechanism, in this way, a gap between the outer shell and the vibration mechanism is blocked through the dustproof mechanism, and stains are prevented from entering.
