Disclosed is a control method of a laser peening apparatus. According to the control method (100) of a laser peening apparatus of an embodiment of the present invention, the laser peening apparatus includes a laser oscillator for generating a laser beam, a working head making the laser beam irradiate a working part, and an operator and a three-dimensional scanning device for transmitting the laserbeam of the laser oscillator to the working head.
