The product is characterized by comprising the following components in terms of the total mass percentage of the composition: 10%-12% of naphthenic base oil, 2%-4% of a chlorine-containing additive, 4%-6% of a sulfur-containing additive, 2%-3% of synthetic calcium sulfonate, 0.2%-0.3% of an antioxidant, 0.05%-0.1% of an oiliness agent, 10-20ppm of an anti-foaming agent, and the balance 70%-75% of carclazyte refined mineral oil. After the raw materials areadded according to a certain sequence and proportion, the barium-free environment-friendly gear shaving processing process oil can be obtained.
