Specifically, the metal-containing amino polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane is obtained by taking amino-containing polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and a metal compound as the raw materials for reaction; according to the method, amino-containing polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and the metal compound can be mixed and react in a solvent to obtain the metal-containing amino polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane.
