The embodiment of the invention provides an AWCC parameter value determination method, device and equipment and a computer storage medium. The AWCC parameter value determination method comprises the following steps: acquiring beta parameter values of a target parameter of the AWCC and neutron detection efficiency corresponding to the parameter values; determining a selection probability corresponding to each parameter value based on the neutron detection efficiency corresponding to each parameter value; generating a random number, and selecting a parameter value corresponding to a selection probability corresponding to the random number to obtain a first target parameter value; performing crossover operation and/or mutation operation on each first target parameter value by utilizing a genetic algorithm to obtain delta second target parameter values; determining neutron detection efficiency of each second target parameter value; and determining the second target parameter value corresponding to the maximum neu
