The invention discloses a building block connecting structure and a wall. The building block connecting structure comprises nine building blocks which are arranged in a rectangular array manner. Eachbuilding block is provided with two horizontal end faces and two vertical end faces, wherein two inclined end faces are arranged between each horizontal end face and the vertical end faces of the building block correspondingly. Four closed empty grooves are defined by the inclined end faces of the building blocks located in the center and the inclined end faces of the eight building blocks locatedon the periphery of the center building block, and each of the two sides of each empty cavity is provided with a packing block fixedly connected with the inclined end faces defining the correspondingempty groove. A certain distance exists between the packing blocks on the two sides of each empty groove, and the outer surfaces of the packing blocks are flush with the surfaces of the building blocks.
