The waterproof mechanism comprises an inorganic composite waterproof layerarranged on an upper portion of the waterproof bridge main body, a fine concrete layer arranged on the upper portion of the inorganic composite waterproof layer, a water collecting pipe arranged in the fine concrete layer and a draught fan connected with the water collecting pipe.
