A dual TaqMan real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection method established by utilizing the primer group and the probe group can be used for simultaneously detecting and accurately quantifying DuHCV and DuMV popular in duck flocks, the operation procedure is simplified, the cost is saved, detection is rapid and efficient, the specificity is high, the sensitivity is also high, and the lowest detection limit of DuHCV is 72.1 copies/mu L; and the lowest detection limit of DuMV is 60.8 copies/mu L.
