Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a process method for removing low-density aluminum fluoride crystal water. The process method comprises the following steps of: transferring an aluminum fluoride wet product into a pre-drying furnace for drying the aluminum fluoride wet product; then transferring the dried product into a calcining furnace for calcining the product to obtain low-density aluminum fluoride, and taking tail gas generated in the calcining furnace as a heat source of the pre-drying furnace. According to the process method of the invention, a one-stage calcining process for removing crystal water is changed into a two-stage calcining process, and the calcining tail gas is used as the heat source of a pre-drying system, so that the energy can be saved, tail gas treatment difficulty is reduced, calcining temperature is relatively low, calcining conditions are accurately controlled, the quality of a final product is ensured, and model selection and configuration of system equipment are facilitated.
