Specifically, inoculation is carried out in a living body subcutaneous injection mode, a continuous injector is adopted to carry out subcutaneous injection at a second section and a third section of each livingsilkworm chrysalis at an angle of 15 degrees, 0.1 ml of cordyceps militaris liquid is injected each time, and air is exhausted once when 15-20 silkworm chrysalises are inoculated each time. On the basis of the inoculation method and the optimized culture conditions, the stiffness rate and the cordyceps militaris yield are remarkably increased and both can reach 95% or above; and stiffening is started 7 days after inoculation, primordia are generated in 15 days, cordyceps militaris growth is started in 20 days, and harvesting is performed in 40 days.
