The egg-shaped volva ectopic hatching method comprises the following steps: step 1, selection of an incubation place; step 2, preparation of an incubation nest plate; step 3, building of an incubation frame; step 4, incubation of the bamboo fungi; and step 5, shelling and harvesting. In the step 1, a culture room with controllable temperature, humidity and illumination is selected as the incubation place. In the step 2, a material with softness, heat-preserving and moisture-preserving capabilities and certain plasticity and supportability is selected; the selected material is cut and processed into a nest plate shape; and nest holes are distributed on the outer wall of the top end of the nest plate.
