| Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a motor comprising: a motor body having a rotor and a stator centered on a central axis and extending in the vertical direction; a housing that houses the motor body; a control unit whichis positioned on the upper side of the motor main body and controls the rotation of the rotor; and a cover that surrounds the control unit from the outside in the radial direction. The housing has anannular cover engaging portion that surrounds the control portion when viewed in the axial direction. The cover has a cylindrical portion surrounding the cover joining portion in the radial direction,and the cover joining portion has: a contact portion that contacts the surface of the cylindrical portion in the radial direction; and an adhesive bonding part which is bonded to the cylindrical partin the radial direction with an adhesive interposed therebetween.
