Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a mesoporous titanium dioxide film electrode material and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of electrode materials. The method comprises the steps of (1) preparing a mixed solvent of ethanedithiol and ethanediamine; (2) dropwise adding a titanium source into the mixed solvent, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain atransparent and clear solution; and (3) coating a transparent conductive substrate with the solution obtained in the step (2), and carrying out heating annealing to obtain the mesoporous titanium dioxide film electrode material. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell prepared from the mesoporous titanium dioxide thin film electrode material prepared by the method is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种介孔二氧化钛薄膜电极材料、制备方法及其应用,属于电极材料技术领域,所述方法为(1)配制乙二硫醇与乙二胺的混合溶剂;(2)将钛源逐滴滴加到上述混合溶剂中,超声分散,得到透明澄清的溶液;(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液涂覆到透明导电基底上,并进行加热退火,得到介孔二氧化钛薄膜电极材料。本发明制备的介孔二氧化钛薄膜电极材料制备成的太阳能电池显著提高了光电转换效率。 |
