Based on the drilling geological section modeling method based on topology, the drilling data is standardized; the method can be applied to automatic analysis and modeling of various complex geologic bodies; the three-dimensional coordinates of the topology control node are optimized based on the minimum potential energy principle; the geologic model precision is obviously improved; automatic visual processing of the drilling section topology and digital integration of geographic information are achieved, and compared with a traditional geological section map, the built drilling geological section
