According to the invention, an AhGPAT9A gene derived from an A chromosome group of cultivated peanuts is obtained by cloning, the function of the AhGPAT9A gene is investigated by constructing a transgenic peanut strain, and it is found that the AhGPAT9A gene has a significantinfluence on the oil content of peanut seeds.
