Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the field of biodegradation, and particularly discloses a method for separating, screening and identifying straw degrading bacteria, which comprises the following steps: S1, primarily screening strains; S2, determining the activity of a hydrolysis ring and cellulase; S3, measuring the straw degradation rate; S4, screening a microbial inoculum with strong hydrolytic ability, high cellulase activity and high straw degradation rate; and S5, identifying the microbial inoculum obtained by screening. The invention provides the method for separating, screening and identifyingstraw degrading bacteria, by starting from improvement of cellulase activity, a degradation mechanism is deeply researched, an efficient straw degradation strain is determined by utilizing a liquid enzyme production method to determine the enzyme production capability of the strain and determine the straw degradation rate, and research and development of a microbial pretreatment application technology with a high straw d
