Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a nanofiber composite thermoplastic elastomer for preparing automobile parts. The polynanofiber composite thermoplastic elastomer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100-120 parts of polypropylene, 1-3 parts of polyester resin, 10-25 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer powder, 0.3-0.5 part of a cross-linking agent, 0.2-0.6 part of a compatilizer, 0.8-2 parts of a silane coupling agent and 1-1.6 parts of an antioxidant. A preparation method of the nanofiber composite thermoplastic elastomer for preparing the novel automobile part comprises the steps of preparation of composite fiber material non-woven fabric, preparation of nanofiber composite thermoplastic elastomer granules and injection molding of the automobile parts.
