Asphalt graded broken stone for high-speed railway foundation bed and production method thereof

The invention provides a production method of asphalt graded broken stone for a high-speed railway foundation bed, which comprises the following steps: (1) preheating SBS modified asphalt and/or SBR modified asphalt in a storage tank to 160-180 DEG C in a graded manner for more than or equal to 3 hours; (2) heating an aggregate to 170-200 DEG C, and drying the aggregate until the residual water content of the aggregate is not more than 1%; (3) performing dry mixing on the aggregate for not shorter than 10 s, wherein the dry mixing temperature is 170-195 DEG C; and (4) adding limestone powder,an asphalt enhancer and preheated SBS modified asphalt and/or SBR modified asphalt into the aggregate subjected to dry mixing in the step (3), and mixing the components to produce the asphalt gradedbroken stone for the high-speed railway foundation bed.
