Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a small-diameter tunnel inverted arch concrete transportation trolley capable of rapidly switching tracks. The trolley comprises a frame, a wheel set, a gear motor, a storage battery pack and a control box, wherein four pairs of wheel sets are mounted at the bottom of the frame; the two pairs of wide-gauge wheel sets are in contact with the inverted arch transportation track and can move on the inverted arch transportation track; the two pairs of narrow-gauge wheel sets are in contact with a tunnel transportation track and can move on the tunnel transportation track; when the transportation trolley travels in a small-diameter tunnel, the transportation trolley travels to an inverted arch formwork area through the tunnel transportation track by means of the two pairsof narrow-gauge wheel sets, then the transportation trolley is switched to the inverted arch transportation track integrated with an inverted arch formwork by means of the two pairs of wide-gauge wheel sets, and concrete is
