Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an adaptive positioning method and system for a workpiece of a numerical control machine tool. The coordinates of several (greater than or equal to 6) characteristic points onthe to-be-machined workpiece are measured, accurate positioning parameters of the to-be-machined workpiece and a to-be-machined workpiece model in a machine tool coordinate system are calculated basedon the measured data, and initiative machine tool parameters of all to-be-machined positions on the to-be-machined workpiece are calculated accordingly. In this way, machining deviation can be effectively reduced. The adaptive positioning method and system can solve the problem that the workpiece has differences from a theoretical model after being clamped due to clamping and installation errors,and consequently machined parts of the workpiece have large deviation from theoretical values. 本发明公开了一种数控机床工件的自适应定位方法及定位系统,通过在待加工工件上测量若干(≥6个)特征点的坐标,以测量数据为基础,计算待加工工件与待加工工件模型在机床坐标系下的精确定位参数,以此计算待加工工件上所有待加工位置起始的机床参数,这样能有效减小加工偏差。本发
