Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an adaptive positioning method and system for a workpiece of a numerical control machine tool. The coordinates of several (greater than or equal to 6) characteristic points onthe to-be-machined workpiece are measured, accurate positioning parameters of the to-be-machined workpiece and a to-be-machined workpiece model in a machine tool coordinate system are calculated basedon the measured data, and initiative machine tool parameters of all to-be-machined positions on the to-be-machined workpiece are calculated accordingly. In this way, machining deviation can be effectively reduced. The adaptive positioning method and system can solve the problem that the workpiece has differences from a theoretical model after being clamped due to clamping and installation errors,and consequently machined parts of the workpiece have large deviation from theoretical values.
