The optimization control method comprises the steps: establishing a fractional orderPI[lambda]D[mu] controller model; optimizing by taking the total power consumption of a power frequency air compressor unit and a variable frequency air compressor and a target water level as targets, and establishing a fitness function of the frequency of the variable frequency air compressor; optimizing parameters of the fractional order PI[lambda]D[mu] controller model based on a particle swarm algorithm according to the fitness function, and establishing a particle swarm fractional order PI[lambda]D[mu] controller model; and controlling the frequency of the frequency converter according to the particle swarm fractional order PI[lambda]D[mu] controller model.
