The manufacturing method of the temperature control member comprises the following steps that: hydrogel is prepared, which is organic-inorganic composite hydrogel of amorphous calcium carbonate cross-linked polyacrylic acid macromolecules; a mixed solution is prepared, theweight ratio of a phase-change base material to water in the mixed solution is 12: 8, the hydrogel is put into the mixed solution to be soaked for 1-4h to obtain a temperature control member, and thephase-change base material and polyacrylic acid of the hydrogel form intramolecular hydrogen bonds and are wound with each other; and the prepared temperature control member is pressed into a sheet, the sheet is adhered to a backplane on the back surface of a photovoltaic module, and the sheet is naturally dried at normal temperature.
