The machine comprises a bucket body and a rotating shaft in the bucket body, wherein a plurality of groups of stirring assemblies are distributed along the rotating shaft, each group of stirring assembly is composed of a plurality of stirring rods which are fixed on the rotating shaft and distributed in the circumferential direction ofthe rotating shaft, each stirring rod is fixed with a blade, the blades on the stirring rods closest to the two ends of the rotating shaft generate extrusion force towards the middle of the rotating shaft for materials, and the blades on the other stirring rods generate axial extrusion force towards the two ends of the rotating shaft for the materials.
