Zusammenfassung:	An aim of the invention is to provide a medical composition for promoting the production of a PPARgamma activator from macrophages. An eicosanoid production promoter is used for promoting the production of an eicosanoid from macrophages, the eicosanoid production promoter containing a secretion of mesenchymal stem cells as an active ingredient, wherein the eicosanoid is one or both of 15-deoxy-delta-12,14-prostaglandin J2 and 15-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (15-HETE). 本发明欲解决的课题是提供一种医疗组合物，其促进来自巨噬细胞的PPARγ活化物质的产生。本发明的解决手段是一种类二十烷酸产生促进剂，其包含间充质干细胞的分泌物作为有效成分，且是用于促进来自巨噬细胞的类二十烷酸的产生，类二十烷酸是15-脱氧-δ-12，14-前列腺素J2以及15-羟基二十碳四烯酸(15-HETE)的任一方或两方。
