The rotor of several inductive windings is mounted around the stator, and the rotor and the stator form a magnetic field to rotate the rotor. When the rotor rotates, the driving force is transmitted to wheel hub directly or via a reducing mechanism. The current is led to the inductive windings of rotor via the conductive element fixed on the central shaft and an contacted annular line board.
