The invention discloses a fuel variable fuel injection timing sequential and high pressure constant pressure injection device for a diesel engine. The device comprises a high pressure fuel pump and ahigh pressure fuel pump seat; a plunger pair consisting of a plunger sleeve and a plunger is mounted in the high pressure fuel pump; a fuel outlet connector is mounted at the upper end of the high pressure fuel pump; a fuel outlet valve is mounted in the fuel outlet connector; a power piston cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder are formed in the high pressure fuel pump seat; a fuel injection pushingmechanism is mounted in the power piston cylinder; the fuel injection pushing mechanism comprises a power piston; the upper end of a piston rod of the power piston is connected to the lower end of theplunger; a fuel inlet pipe and a fuel return pipe which are used for providing hydraulic fuel for the power piston through reversing valves are mounted on the high pressure fuel pump seat; a hydraulic piston is arranged in the
