Whitening and freckle-removing composition and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a whitening and freckle-removing composition and a preparation method thereof. According to the whitening and freckle-removing composition provided by the invention, plant extracts are compounded with traditional whitening components alpha-arbutin and nicotinamide, and meanwhile, absorption and permeation are promoted by utilizing water with small molecules, so that the problems of poor safety and high irritation of a traditional whitening and freckle-removing product are solved; the whitening and freckle-removing composition is safer and more efficient than other whitening and freckle-removing components; and meanwhile, the adopted water with small molecules can also improve the heat resistance, oxidation resistance and ultraviolet resistance of whitening active components. Tests show that the composition can effectively eliminate or reduce melanin and skin heme, so that the area of facial pigmented spots is eliminated or reduced, and the composition also has anti-wrinkle and anti-agi
