Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an additive for removing waxiness on the surface of camellia nitidissima. The additive comprises the following raw materials: ethanol, propylene glycol fatty acid ester and sorbitan monooleate; the preparation method for the additive comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the ethanol, the propylene glycol fatty acid ester and the sorbitan monooleate in a weight ratio;(2) mixing and then stirring the weighed ethanol, propylene glycol fatty acid ester and sorbitan monooleate in step (1) to obtain the additive. According to the additive, the food-grade ethanol, the food-grade propylene glycol fatty acid ester and the food-grade sorbitan monooleate play a synergistic effect in preparation of the waxiness removal additive, and synergistically remove the waxiness ofcamellia nitidissima flowers, thus solving the problem how to remove the waxiness of petals of the camellia nitidissima flowers to shorten the dissolution time of nutrients in the camellia nitidissima flowers.
