Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for ultralow-temperature detoxification of Huai-yu Mountain alpine potatoes by encapsulation-vitrification, and belongs to the technical field of biology. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, embedding the stem tips of the Huai-yu Mountain alpine potatoes to prepare embedded balls; then, pre-culturing the obtained embedded balls of the stem tips of the Huai-yu Mountain alpine potatoes twice and loading the embedded balls twice; after dehydration, performing liquid nitrogen ultralow-temperature storage treatment and then performing thawing; and performing dark culture on the obtained stem tips and then performing illumination culture to obtain detoxified plants of the Huai-yu Mountain alpine potatoes. The detoxified plants of the Huai-yu Mountain alpine potatoes cultured by the method are good in growth state and high in survival rate, and the detoxification rate is remarkably improved. Meanwhile, the method also has the characteristics that the preparation method
