The method comprises the steps: judging whether a workpiece in a first image exceeds a visual field range or not through a controller: if yes, the controller transmits a range adjustment signal to the image acquisition device, so that the image acquisition device shoots a second image after adjusting the shooting range according to the range adjustment signal, and transmits the second image to the controller; and then enabling the controller to acquire a complete workpiece image according to the first image and the secondimage.
