The method comprises the following steps: crushing a batch of low-carbon ferrochrome samples step by step according to a first size fraction, a second size fraction, a third size fraction and a fourth size fraction to enable the particle sizes of the low-carbon ferrochrome samples to be gradually reduced; and screening the low-carbon ferrochrome samples subjected to the fourth size fraction crushing, and taking a sample with theparticle size of less than or equal to 1.6 mm.
