The invention relates to an outer manipulator and guide rail strip coordination structure including an outer manipulator and a guide rail strip. The outer manipulator includes an outer manipulator casing, a set of outer manipulator magnetic patches, an upper rolling member, a lower rolling member and a magnetic patch attraction locating plate; a magnetic patch embedding chamber is arranged in themiddle part of the side, toward front glass of a hollow glass built-in louver, of the outer manipulator; an upper rolling member cavity is arranged on the upper part; a lower rolling member cavity isarranged on the lower part; the magnetic patch attraction locating plate is embedded into the outer manipulator casing; the group of outer manipulator magnetic patches are embedded into the magnetic patch embedding chamber; the upper rolling member is arranged in the upper rolling member cavity; the lower rolling member is arranged in the lower rolling member cavity; and the guide rail strip is fixedly adhered to the front
