Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a slag system for electroslag remelting high-titanium and high-silicon stainless steel and a preparation method thereof. The slag system is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 51.55-52.45% of CaF2, 19.55-20.15% of CaO, 2.75-8% of MgO, 19.55-20.15% of Al2O3, 3.85-4.25% of TiO2, and less than or equal to 0.35% of SiO2. According to the slag system,the reaction of Ti and Si elements in high-titanium and high-silicon stainless steel with oxygen to form new harmful inclusions, especially class-D fine inclusions can be avoided, the purity of steelis improved, and a prepared high-titanium and high-silicon stainless steel electroslag ingot conforms to relevant standards and customer requirements.
