Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for synthesizing 3-(naphthalene-2-amino) propoxyoxime acid (V) through continuous flow reaction. The method comprises the following steps: performing catalytic online synthesis on 2-naphthylamine (I) and acrylate (II) in a microfluidic channel reactor by utilizing lipase Lipozyme RM IM to obtain a 3-(naphthalene-2-amino) propionate derivative (III); and performing catalytic online synthesis on the 3-(naphthalene-2-amino) propionate derivative (III) and hydroxylamine hydrochloride (IV) in the microfluidic channel reactor by utilizing sodium methoxide to obtain the 3-(naphthalene-2-amino) propoxyoxime acid (V). According to the method, the reaction time is greatly shortened, and the conversion rate is high; and meanwhile, the Michael addition reaction of the 2-naphthylamine and the acrylate is catalyzed by utilizing the economic lipase Lipozyme RM IM for the first time, so that the reaction cost is reduced, and the method has the advantages of economy andhigh efficiency.
