Tread structure and tire

The application discloses a tread structure and a tire. Outer tire shoulder ribs, central ribs and inner tire shoulder ribs which are separated by longitudinal main grooves are sequentially arranged on the tread structure from the outer side to the inner side. The outer tire shoulder ribs are provided with a plurality of first transverse grooves which are circumferentially and axially arranged atunequal pitches; the inner tube shoulder ribs are provided with a plurality of second transverse grooves which are circumferentially and axially arranged at unequal pitches; the first transverse grooves penetrate through the longitudinal main grooves; the second transverse grooves axially penetrate through the inner tire shoulder ribs; the pitch of the first transverse grooves is greater than thatof the second transverse grooves; the groove width of the first transverse groove is smaller than that of the second transverse groove; the central ribs are provided with a plurality of first cuttergroove grains at unequal in
