Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of battery packs, in particular to an anti-collision device of a battery pack and an electric aircraft. The anti-collision device comprises a frame mechanism, a skin, the battery pack and a cover plate; the frame mechanism comprises a first transverse plate, a second transverse plate, a first longitudinal plate and a second longitudinal plate. The firsttransverse plate and the second transverse plate are oppositely arranged; the first longitudinal plate and the second longitudinal plate are both arranged between the first transverse plate and the second transverse plate; the first transverse plate, the second transverse plate, the first longitudinal plate and the second longitudinal plate are each provided with a plurality of crushing trigger holes, and the crushing trigger holes are formed at equal intervals. The skin and the battery pack are arranged on the two opposite sides of the frame mechanism respectively. The cover plate is arranged on one side, far away f
