Electron tube

An electron tube includes a housing having an inner space hermetically sealed; and an electrode for generating or detecting energy released by the electrons in the internal space. The housing includesa main body portion formed with a recessed portion constituting an internal space and made of an insulating material; and a cover part fixed to the main body part so as to close the opening of the recessed part. The recess portion expands toward the opening side. A through member that is electrically connected to the electrode and penetrates the main body is fixed to the main body.
