Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an automatic test tube conveying system. The automatic test tube conveying system comprises a test tube conveying device and a server device, wherein the test tube conveying device is provided with a test tube collecting area, a test tube temporary storage area, a test tube direction guiding area, a test tube pushing area and an electric control device. The electric controldevice controls an automatic operation mechanism, and a lifting mechanism in the test tube collecting area successively pushes each test tube in a collecting groove upwards; the test tubes slide inwards for temporary storage and positioning to enable a photographic device to shoot the directionality of the test tubes after entering the test tube temporary storage area, then the test tubes move toa connecting base of the test tube direction guiding area and the directions of the test tubes are automatically guided by using an image distinguishing technology; and finally the test tubes are automatically lifted to the h
