The invention discloses an intelligent soft endoscope transfer trolley, comprising a trolley body and a control system, wherein a plurality of soft endoscope storage mechanisms are arranged on the trolley body; the soft endoscope storage mechanism comprises a storage box switch assembly, a storage box driving mechanism and a storage box connected to the storage box driving mechanism, wherein the storage box switch assembly and the storage box driving mechanism are electrically connected with the control system; and the control system is used for controlling starting, stopping and the running direction of the storage box driving mechanism according to signals of the storage box switch assembly so as to drive the storage box to do telescopic motion on the vehicle body through the storage boxdriving mechanism, so a taking and placing opening in the storage box is exposed out of the vehicle body or retracted into the vehicle body. In the process of taking soft endoscopes from and placingsoft endoscopes on the tra
