The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) adding metal lithium andother metals into an alloy smelting furnace for mixed smelting in an inert atmosphere, (2) adding a metal organic framework compound, and then carrying out ultrasonic mixing until the mixture is uniform, (3) pouring into a mold, and quickly cooling to below 150 DEG C to form a composite metal lithium plate, (4) carrying out annealing treatment on the composite metal lithium plate, (5) rolling theannealed metal lithium to obtain a composite metal lithium strip with controllable thickness, and (6) slicing the composite metal lithium strip to obtain the composite metal lithium negative electrode suitable for assembling the battery.
