Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting free carbon in tungsten carbide, which comprises the following steps of putting a sample into an acid and alkali resistant lining tank, and adding nitricacid and hydrofluoric acid for dissolving compound carbon; after the lining tank is sealed, placing the lining tank in a microwave digestion instrument to be heated and dissolved; after cooling, opening the lining tank, and placing the lining tank in a heating furnace for acid driving treatment; filtering the treated solution by using a filtering device, separating out free carbon, and washing byusing hot deionized water; after washing, completely transferring the free carbon and the filtering medium into an analysis crucible, and putting the analysis crucible into a drying oven for drying;and measuring free carbon content.
